I often have a positive view when I face adversity or potential setback. When I face adversity or potential setback, I often say to myself "this is not good, so change the way."or "this was bad, so what should I do next?" These words help me very much. This idea is very similar to "new goal" idea.

返信削除I like your way of thinking that at the time you face some problems, not just think optimistically but think "this was bad" and "what should I do next?" Recognizing what was wrong is I think very important.
